At Wellness & Spirit, we want customers to understand our refund and return procedures before making a purchase.
Returns
If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for return.
Please contact our customer service team before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, quality-control, or other applicable reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Products marked as final sale are also not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.
We will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. Wellness & Spirit is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
